EngagedMD now integrates with Veradigm
The problem it solves
Urology practices on Veradigm were re-keying patients into EngagedMD, assigning education by hand, and filing signed consents into charts manually. Without a certified integration, the EMR and the patient journey platform were two separate worlds.
What's included
- Certified Veradigm integration. Patients and demographic updates sync from Veradigm into EngagedMD; the first practice went live in December 2025.
- Launch EngagedMD from inside Veradigm. A single sign-on button in the EMR opens the staff app, no desktop shortcuts or intranet links.
- Completed forms return to the chart. Signed consents are sent back to the patient's Veradigm record.
- Built for the edge cases. Shared MRNs are routed as exceptions instead of overwriting the wrong patient, and each client's server time zone is detected automatically.
