Track where every patient is in treatment

The problem it solves

Clinic staff organize their day by where patients are in treatment: new consults, pre-testing, ready for a cycle. EngagedMD had no concept of a stage, so staff couldn't filter their patients that way, couldn't see who had stalled, and couldn't tell how long patients took to move from first visit to treatment.

Track where every patient is in treatment
What's included
  1. Treatment stages on every episode. Name the episode and set its stage; new patients get a default stage automatically so no one falls through untracked.
  2. Stages drive the dashboard. Filter your patient list by stage and see counts per stage in the funnel chart.
  3. Episodes close themselves. Moving a patient to an end-of-treatment stage closes the episode with a reason, so finished patients stop cluttering worklists.
  4. Time in stage is recorded. Stage changes are tracked so your practice can report on throughput from intake to treatment.
