A home page that shows staff which patients need follow-up

The problem it solves

Nurses and care coordinators use EngagedMD to keep track of what patients still owe before treatment can start. But the old landing page showed staff their own signing tasks, which most staff don't have, and finding the patients who were stuck meant opening records one at a time.

A home page that shows staff which patients need follow-up
What's included
  1. A staff dashboard as the home page. Your patients, their outstanding forms, modules and actions, and who is overdue, in one list.
  2. Heat map and priority. Overdue and due-soon tasks are color-coded, and tasks carry a priority so the critical ones stand out from the noise.
  3. Act without leaving the page. Click a patient to see their assignments in a drawer, send a reminder, sign a form that's waiting on you, or edit the episode name and treatment stage in line.
  4. Create patients from the dashboard. The create-patient flow is one click from the home page instead of buried under Care.
  5. Funnel view. A chart of how many patients sit in each treatment stage, filterable, so you can see where they're getting stuck.
  6. Search that doesn't dead-end. An empty dashboard search explains why and offers a global search or a filter reset.
