Staff groups that follow their patients
The problem it solves
Most clinics don't run a one-nurse-to-one-patient model. Three or four nurses share a caseload, and a physician has a dedicated team behind them. EngagedMD only knew about individual users, so every watcher, notification and routing decision had to be set person by person.
What's included
- Staff groups. Admins create and manage groups of staff without involving EngagedMD.
- Groups on care teams. Add a group to a patient's care team and every member follows that episode for dashboards and notifications.
- Doctor teams. Link a group to a specific doctor so signing, messaging and task routing can go to that doctor's team.
