Send patients straight to the right Resource Center content
The problem it solves
The Resource Center held the content, but getting a patient to a particular video meant telling them to log in, find the Resource Center, and search. Partner portals that already sign patients into EngagedMD couldn't send them to the Resource Center at all. And a patient with no tasks saw "You're all caught up" when there was plenty they could do on their own.
What's included
- Deep links. A URL with search criteria takes the patient to matching content after they authenticate by password or phone.
- SSO into the Resource Center. Partner portals can single-sign-on patients directly to Resource Center content.
- Better search and categories. Partial-word search and a clearer category selector.
- Empty checklist points to resources. When a patient has nothing outstanding, the checklist suggests the Resource Center instead of a dead end.
