Reach patients by text, and let them sign in with a phone number

The problem it solves

Some practices don't collect email addresses, and the ones they do collect are often wrong. Patients without a working email never got a notification, never logged in, and never completed a task. For urology clinics in particular, SMS is how patients already expect to hear from their care team.

Reach patients by text, and let them sign in with a phone number
What's included
  1. SMS notifications. Patients get a text when a task is assigned, when it's their turn to sign, and as a reminder for open tasks, from a phone number unique to your practice.
  2. Log in with a phone number. Patients can be created and can sign in with only a phone on file; the login link in a text takes them straight to the phone-number sign-in.
  3. Magic links. For practices that don't want to require patient passwords, a one-time link signs the patient in.
  4. Opt-in handled for you. Patients confirm SMS consent in a flow that meets carrier compliance requirements, and bulk uploads and the API accept an SMS opt-in flag and phone-only patients.
  5. Clearer messages. Text copy was rewritten after early pilots showed patients mistaking the texts for spam.
