The patient app in French and Spanish, with local date and time formats
The problem it solves
Clinics in Quebec are required to offer patients a French portal, and Spanish is the first language of many patients in the US. Without either, those patients were working through consents and education in a language they didn't choose, and Canadian clinics couldn't move onto Navigate at all. Dates and times followed ISO conventions that no one at the front desk uses.
What's included
- French and Spanish patient app. Patients pick their language and every screen follows.
- Login page in the clinic's language. Each practice sets a default, and any user can switch languages on the login page.
- Date and time formats you recognize. Set DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY and 12- or 24-hour time per practice, with a personal override for each staff member.
- UK ready. HFEA form fields validated for clinics in the UK.
