Keep patients in sync with Epic and assign from the schedule
The problem it solves
Patient records and appointment schedules already live in Epic, but without a connection to Navigate, staff create and update patient records by hand, and appointment-driven automations have nothing to run on.
What's included
- Patients are created and kept current automatically. New patients in Epic, and updates to their demographic details, sync into Navigate on their own.
- Appointments and orders feed the automation engine directly. Tasks, forms, and questionnaires can be assigned automatically based on what's on the calendar.
