Keep episodes of care accurate without the housekeeping
The problem it solves
Dashboards and worklists are only useful if they show current patients. Old episodes lingered until someone closed them, removed partners still showed on records, episode dropdowns sorted differently on every screen, and nothing told staff when they were about to link a partner who already belonged to another episode.
What's included
- Auto-inactivate idle episodes. Set a period of inactivity after which episodes close on their own.
- Follow and unfollow anywhere. Add or remove care-team members from more places, so the right staff see the patient on their dashboard.
- Removed patients stay removed. A patient taken off an episode no longer appears as related on other patients' records.
- Consistent episode order. Episode dropdowns sort the same way everywhere, current episode first.
- A warning before a mistake. Adding a related patient who is already on another episode prompts a heads-up.
- Doctor of record. Every episode carries its physician, which drives attribution, dashboard filters and automation.
