Upload a list of patients and assign to all of them at once
The problem it solves
Onboarding a practice, launching a new program or migrating from another system meant entering hundreds of patients by hand, then assigning the same bundle to each of them. It was slow, error-prone, and kept clinics from going live on their own timeline.
What's included
- Bulk patient upload. Submit a spreadsheet of patients and EngagedMD creates them, with validation and a report of anything it couldn't load.
- Bulk assignment. Assign a task or bundle to a whole list of patients in one step.
- Works with phone-only patients. The upload accepts patients with a phone number and no email for practices using phone login, and carries an SMS opt-in flag.
