Assign faster: favorites, preset participants and combined envelopes
The problem it solves
A practice with 200 bundles scrolls past most of them every time it assigns. Tasks meant only for the partner had to be re-pointed by hand. Forms assigned together still went out as separate envelopes, each one costing an eSign fee. And large bundles could leave staff staring at a spinner for eight seconds.
What's included
- Favorites. Bookmark the bundles, forms and modules you use most so they're at the top of the list.
- Preset participants. Library templates for actions, modules and questionnaires can default to the primary patient, the partner or both.
- Combined envelopes across bundles. Forms from bundles and individual picks can go out as one envelope, cutting eSign costs.
- Checklist order you control. Tasks appear on the patient checklist in the order you assigned them.
- Filter assignments by name. The All Assignments page filters by a specific form, bundle or module.
- No more waiting. Large assignments queue in the background so you can move on while they generate.
