The problem it solves
Appointments live in the EMR, so patients had to check two places to know what was next, and staff had to notice a booking and assign the pre-visit forms and education by hand. For a practice with hundreds of visits a week, that's a lot of noticing.
What's included
- Appointments on the checklist. Scheduled visits pulled from the EMR appear on the patient's checklist alongside their tasks.
- Appointment-driven assignment. Appointment type, notes and doctor feed the automation engine, which assigns the matching forms, modules and actions.
- Doctor matching. EMR doctor names are matched to EngagedMD doctor users automatically, even when the spelling differs.
- Available for Fert, Veradigm and Artisan. Appointment feeds are live for these systems, with more EMRs following.
